- Online orders are usually processed and sent within 24 hours of ordering
- If for any reason this is not possible, customers will be notified asap
Returns
- No refunds for incorrect sizing/ or incorrect choice
Exchanges
If on receipt of the purchase, you are unhappy with your choice of sizing, Vivaz is am happy to offer a credit note or exchange under the provisions that:
- The shoes or garment has not been worn and remains in the original ‘new’ condition, complete with all packaging.
- Vivaz must be notified within 7 days of receipt of the purchase that an exchange is required. No exchanges will be given after this date.
- All postage costs for exchanges are payable by the customer.
